Experience that builds advantage

Anna didn't learn about lobbying from textbooks. For 7 years, she worked at the Office of the Financial Supervision Authority, where she analyzed 143 applications for granting the status of a national payment institution. It was there that she learned how officials read documents and where they most often look for formal errors. She joined Suprasorte Strategic Lobby in March 2019, bringing with her knowledge of internal decision-making processes that cannot be bought at any training.

Work on concrete numbers

In 2023 alone, Anna led 3 key legislative processes regarding changes to the Act on Payment Services. Thanks to her interventions and precise preparation of amendments, the average waiting time for our clients for regulator decisions shortened from 13 to 8 months. Facts matter, not promises, which is why she starts every consultation with a reliable assessment of the project's chances of success, instead of wasting time on unrealistic ideas.

Fintech is our specialty

Anna focuses exclusively on the financial technology sector. She doesn't deal with everything – she specializes in PSD2, PSD3 directives and the MiCA regulation. Her record includes, among others, the introduction of 3 significant private sector remarks to the Polish implementation of EBA standards in 2022. She acts quickly and precisely, eliminating legal risk before it becomes a real financial burden for the board.

Direct contact with decision-makers

We know the corridors of the Parliament, and Anna moves through them with great efficiency. She does not prepare general letters. Instead, she develops technical statutory provisions that are ready for implementation in the legislative process. Her approach is purely practical: if a client's proposal is contrary to the EU regulatory direction, Anna informs about it within the first 24 minutes of the meeting. (By the way, Anna never drinks coffee after 4:00 PM, which helps her maintain focus on night corrections to act texts).

Successes for Polish payment platforms

For one of the Warsaw currency exchange platforms, Anna negotiated in July 2021 the removal of an additional financial security, which released 2.3 million PLN of frozen capital. She speaks the language of banks and supervision, because before moving to the public sector, she advised the board of a medium-sized commercial bank for 19 months. If you need a hard analysis of your situation, Anna will prepare a written opinion in 48h.
